|*$200 deposit for minimum 2-night hotel stay and 2-day park ticket is required. Only one deposit required per room - up to four guests/participants per room. Participants MUST be packaged with a room/ticket. Race registrations cannot be sold as a standalone purchase. Runners can select multiple races.|
Q. Can an Annual Pass holder receive a refund for the park ticket portion of the package?
A. runDisney will no longer offer refunds for Annual Pass holders.
Q. Can an Annual Pass holder have the 2 day ticket obligation waived?
A. runDisney requires all guests to have the same package. An Annual Pass holder can have the 2 day ticket obligation waived provided all the guests staying in the same room are all valid and active Annual Pass holders at time of travel. If all guests are not Annual Pass holders then all guests are required to have the same ticket selection. The Annual Pass holder can have the value of the park ticket that comes with the package applied to the renewal of the next Annual Pass by visiting a Guest Services window prior to entering the park.
Q. Can I get a Base ticket instead of a Park Hopper?
A. runDisney will allow the park ticket to be in the Base category for 3 days or more. If under 3 days than the minimum ticket required is the 2 day Park Hopper.
Q. I have family that lives in the area can I just purchase an event bib from Academy Travel?
A. No, runDisney requires all Travel Providers to sell their event bibs in the package format. Event bibs can not be sold as a stand-alone item.
Q. Can I add Travel Insurance to a runDisney package?
A. Yes, travel insurance is available to be added to a runDisney package.
Q. Can we add a Disney Dining Plan to our runDisney package?
A. Yes, runDisney packages can include a Disney Dining Plan of your choice.
Q. Can we add a Photo Package to our runDisney package?
A. Certain runDisney events do allow the addition of a runDisney “Photo Package”. For other runDisney events that do not offer a “Photo Package” the guest can simply purchase the “Memory Maker” package that will provide race and park photos.
Q. Is Disney’s Magical Express available to participants for transportation to/from Orlando International Airport?
A. Yes, Disney’s Magical Express is available to all runDisney participants for transportation to/from Orlando International Airport only.
