Important Update About Disney’s Magical Express

First, Walt Disney World Resort Guests will now be required to have advance reservations for Disney’s Magical Express prior to arriving at the airport. We will no longer be able to provide Disney's Magical Express service to Guests without an advance reservation.

Second, Guests booked on Disney’s Magical Express will now be greeted and directed to the Disney Welcome Center by Cast Members on Level 2 (baggage claim) instead of Level 3 (outside of security). Greeters will be located on both the A and B sides of the airport. The Disney Welcome Center is located on the A side of the terminal on Level 1.  

To help communicate these changes, our Clients will receive an updated Airport Transportation Booklet that includes detailed directions of where they need to go upon arrival at the Orlando International Airport. The booklet will also contain a map of the airport to correspond with the information.
